My background is in healthcare as a hospital based physical therapist since 2001. I love helping people and seeing them through situations they think are not solvable. Focus, patience, and the ability to listen and communicate are so critical to long term success, regardless of the industry.

Since 2012 I have had strong interest in helping others with my own endeavors in online fitness coaching and private consultations. My interest in technology and online marketing has led me and continues to lead me through a number of courses and training with industry leaders and experts in the online marketing and business strategy space.
